Interesting Family History: Both daughters and one son-in-law graduated from UW-Madison. Both daughters have Masters degrees in education. Both sons-in-law are engineers; one chemical and one electrical. Bud and I each experienced very serious health issues in 2003; Bud had surgery (with success) for lung cancer and I had an aortic valve replaced. Have been truly blessed! As of September, 2018, we will have 3 granddaughters attending UW- Madison.

Tell the story of how you were asked to be a Commodore and First Mate: Invited to Sullivan’s home to discuss
how Commodores could help Bud with his Oldtimers’ tournament. Surprise!
